Host a Party
Ready to host a Kat’s Coffees and More party at your house? Here are the requirements:
- 5 people or more (not including yourself, your spouse, or other household members) confirmed to attend
- 4 weeks advance notice, an extra week or two is required during the holiday season (Oct – Dec) due to slower delivery
- Party must be in the Dresden, Welcome, Corinth Rd, Smokey Road, Arnco, or Sargent areas of Coweta County
How a party works:
You tell me what type of theme you’d like to have for your party, or I can share with you some of the themes I’ve used or other Kat’s Consultants have shared to give you inspiration.
You choose based on that theme from our product list.
For 5-9 people you choose:
- 1 dip
- 1 drink (non-coffee)
- 1 mealtime mix or rice mix or bread mix
- 1 dessert (brownies, pies, cakes, cookies, etc.)
- 2 coffees (I encourage 1 decaf for your guests that can’t have caffeine).
For 10-15 people you choose:
- 2 dips
- 1 drink (non-coffee)
- 1 mealtime mix or rice mix or bread mix
- 2 dessert (brownies, pies, cakes, cookies, etc.)
- 3 coffees (I encourage 1 decaf for your guests that can’t have caffeine).
For more than 15 people, contact me.
I make everything but the coffee ahead of time and bring to your house in disposable dishes or my own personal dishes. I can also make coffee ahead of time and bring in insulated carafes. If you prefer to have matching dishes to display the food and beverages, we can transfer them when I arrive at your home 30 minutes prior to party start time.
You are responsible for all coordinating and handling the decorations, games, etc. for the party, but I may have some game suggestions for you based on your theme. I will be available to answer questions on the products including nutritional information when available (not on all products).
You will also need to provide all condiments, plates, silverware/plasticware, cups, napkins, serving utensils, etc. The only dishes I bring are the containers the food and drink are brought over in to your home.
As the Hostess/Host you will receive:
- 25% off any products you order (unless by the case–see below)
- 30% off any item ordered by the case (quantities of 6 – same flavor, size, etc.)
If you place your personal order with me before the party when I order the party supplies, you will also receive:

If the guests of your party order $100 or more AT the party (not after), you will also receive:
- Free shipping on party guests’ orders delivered to your home (or a single address)
